Policies for return and refund
Good Custom Boxes work efficiently which is why you can rely on us. If there is any sort of problem then you need to inform us within 3 business days after receiving your order. If you find any errors or if the order was not the right one, then it will easily be taken care of. Good Custom Boxes do not offer a refund but, we will reprint your original order again to ensure we are making it perfectly this time. To get the reprint of your order, you should give us photos that show the default. The full quantity of the original order will take 7 business days including the order delivery. Moreover, the charges related to the orders are non-refundable.
The payment for orders should be made in U.S. Dollars. Due to our services, we will not start working on your orders for printing jobs and other elements until there is a full payment including all the tax charges, shipping, and handling fee. You can also pay by card by using an approved payment method.
